How to book-in and secure a stall space
3-Stage Easy Booking
Apply > Approved > Pay
Everything is now managed through our new Artisan Market Events Stallholder Portal.
Create your profile once, apply for the markets you want to attend and manage all your bookings in one place.
Stage 1 - Apply
Log in to the Stallholder Portal and apply for the market you wish to attend.
New stallholders can create an account in just a few minutes. Returning stallholders can simply log in and apply using their existing profile.
Stage 2 - Approved
If your application is successful, we’ll approve your stall and automatically send you an invoice.
You’ll also be able to view your approval and invoice directly from your Stallholder Portal.
No more separate “Accept” step is needed.
Your stall is not confirmed at this stage — payment is required to secure your booking.
Stage 3 - Pay & Confirm
Pay your invoice to secure your stall.
Pay securely online by credit/debit card, or select bank transfer and follow the payment instructions provided.
Once your payment has been received, your booking will be updated to:
CONFIRMED ✓
Your stall is ONLY confirmed once payment has been received.
